A Kazakhstani digital preventive-medicine platform for the early detection and management of cardio-reno-metabolic risks. It helps prevent the development of cardiovascular, metabolic, and kidney disease before clinical symptoms appear.

The methodology is based on the CKM (Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Health) concept developed by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC), adapted to Kazakhstan’s healthcare system. The solution includes digital screening, risk-factor analysis, integration with lab diagnostics, personalized reports, an AI assistant, and long-term monitoring tools. A key feature is the shift from a one-time risk assessment to the Health Capital score, which reflects a person’s current health status and allows changes to be tracked over time.

What is iPrevent for?

Every gap in the prevention system — and how the solution closes it.
Disease is detected too late
High blood pressure, excess weight, chronic stress, and sleep disorders build up disease over years, going unnoticed until complications arise. Screening detects risk long before a clinical condition develops.
Screening doesn't show progress over time
A one-time check-up captures a snapshot, not a trend. Health Capital and CKM stage are recalculated repeatedly — showing whether things have improved or worsened.
There's no follow-up after the consultation
Risk factors develop daily, but monitoring only happens during visits. The AI assistant and mobile app track the patient between appointments.
Recommendations aren't followed through
There's no mechanism to track whether prescriptions are being followed. Points for actions, streaks, personal goals, and levels keep the patient engaged in the process of change.
The doctor doesn't see the full patient picture
Screening data, lab results, and lifestyle information are scattered. The doctor gets a single digital profile: risk level, risk factors, history of repeat screenings, daily monitoring, lab results, and anthropometry.
There's no management-level overview across the group
Medical indicators don't translate into decisions. De-identified analytics highlight problem areas by team or region and differences between patient categories.

What you'll get

1
Online Screening
A seven-section questionnaire, completed in 5–10 minutes: general information, sex-specific factors, anthropometry, diagnosed conditions, symptoms and complaints, risk factors and lifestyle, family history.
2
Lab Profile
The "Comprehensive Cardio Screening" profile includes nine tests: LDL cholesterol, uric acid, lipoprotein(a), triglycerides, insulin, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), creatinine, albumin, and C-reactive protein.
3
Personal Report
Health Capital score and CKM stage on a 0–4 scale, presented without medical jargon, key risk factors and each one's contribution to the overall score, interpretation of anthropometric and lab data, recommendations for next steps, and progress tracking.
4
AI Assistant and Mobile App
Daily monitoring of activity, sleep, nutrition, stress, blood pressure, pulse, and weight. The system analyzes the data, explains the reasons behind score changes, sends reminders about goals, and suggests micro-actions. It does not replace a doctor — it helps patients follow the doctor's recommendations.
5
Doctor's Dashboard
A unified digital patient profile: screening results and history of repeat check-ups, daily monitoring data, and clinical data. The doctor sees not just the diagnosis, but the patient's full journey from risk to outcome.
6
Team and Regional Analytics
A dashboard showing distribution by risk group, age, sex, and BMI category, progress tracking across repeat screenings, and ready-to-use practical measures for risk reduction.
