Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Law”), I hereby give my unconditional consent to the Service Provider and Third Parties, i.e., persons currently or in the future associated with the Service Provider by circumstances or legal relationships, including (without limitation) the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, processing, and protection of my Personal Data (relating to me) as a representative of the Customer, for the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer thereof by means not contrary to the law, for the purposes governed by this consent, and from sources, including publicly available ones, at the Service Provider’s discretion, in connection with the arising or future arising of any civil law and/or other legal relationships with the Service Provider, of my Personal Data (relating to me) set forth below, as well as future changes and/or additions thereto, recorded on an electronic, paper, and/or other material medium.

This consent is granted by me for the performance of actions in relation to my personal data that are necessary to achieve the purposes within civil law relations and the fulfillment of obligations thereunder, as well as the dissemination of information in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I hereby confirm that I shall have no claims against the Service Provider regarding the collection and processing of Personal Data in the future, provided that the Service Provider complies with the requirements of the Law and/or the agreements between the parties.

The Service Provider may collect and process personal data only within and in accordance with the Law and/or any and all agreements concluded/to be concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider.
